Emre Varol is the Founder and CEO of A2SV (Africa to Silicon Valley), a nonprofit organization that has trained over 1,200 software engineers across 22 African countries and helped them secure positions at world-leading tech companies including Google, Meta, Bloomberg, and Amazon. Under his leadership, A2SV has received funding from Google.org and moved its headquarters to Kigali, Rwanda in 2025. Emre is passionate about closing the global digital divide by unlocking Africa's untapped tech talent.
